Baby Hoven Has Arrived!

It seems like everyone we know these days is either having their baby or is getting ready to have a baby.

The latest baby to arrive is Luke Timothy Hoven. The proud parents are our friends, Jason and Tanya Hoven. Lily is the proud big sister. Luke arrived on Thursday, March 9th (Jason and Tanya's 10th wedding anniversary). Luke was born after only five hours of labor. Tanya said that contractions started at 3:00 am. She was at the hospital at 7:00 am, and Luke arrived at 8:06 am. He made his debut weighing in at 9 lbs, 11 ounces and was 21 inches long. Tanya said that she only had to push four times before Luke arrived. Can you believe that??

God is good all the time! Please pray for the Hoven family as they adjust to having another little one. Tanya is a stay-at-home mom, and Jason works at our church, Living Word Christian Center. According to Tanya, Lily is adjusting well to being a big sister.

We saw the Hoven family at church this morning. They all looked like they are doing well. Luke is quite handsome, and Lily is TOO CUTE! She is 2 1/2. VERY CUTE!!!

Who cares? There is more to life than having babies. I cannot stand you people who think that life is all about being a homemaker and having babies. Some people don't want or can't have kids and they as just as important and these people in your little corner of the world!

Hey, "Anonymous," don't you know that you're really not "anonymous" on the internet? Why don't you keep crappy comments like that to yourself. You are right, there is more to life than babies, but why crash someone's blog just so we can all see that you are a rotten piece of s&!^. Go jump in a lake and wake up!

To those who have commented, I would like to say that I never said that life is all about being a homemaker or having babies. Maybe if anonymous took more time to look at my posts, he/she would see that I have written about other things. Also, I mainly use this blog to keep in touch with friends or families that is why there is a lot of baby news on here. I apologize if you "anonymous" were offended by the posts on my blog. I don't think I ever implied that people who can't have children or who don't want children aren't as important as those who have kids.
