Be the Real You!

I was typing up notes from my Life After Work meeting from October. Renee Burt is the speaker at our meetings. She said something so profound that I have to share it with you.

Renee said, "Often times we think that we need to be perfect, but all people really want us to be perfectly real." For a former perfectionist, this is good news! I think that the world longs for us, as Christians, to get out from beyond our masks and be real! The churches that are being real and authentic are the ones that are seeing phenomenal growth! Make a determination in your spirit to be perfectly real with people!
